Shake It Up!

I love smoothies and shakes.  Honestly, they are my favorite snack and I enjoy them in the morning for a quick breakfast.  So today, I thought I would share my kids favorite, the Hulk Shake.  
This isn't a typical shake in that it doesn't have any dairy but if I called it a smoothie my kids would find out it was good for them and quit drinking it.  

In a blender combine:
1 cup of Pineapple
5-6 pitted cherries
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Handful or two of kale (you can also use spinach)
Water if needed

Blend this up until it is smooth and enjoy.  You will feel as powerful as Hulk when you are done drinking it.
