Cookies for breakfast?
Yup, and they're actually healthy =)

Giant Breakfast Cookies (via Heavenly Homemaker)
1 cup butter, melted
¾ cup honey
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
½ cup buttermilk (or add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice to regular milk and let stand 15 minutes)
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups whole rolled oats
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips
