People ask me all of the time why I get up at 430 to exercise.  
I get asked why I workout so hard. 
I get asked why a lot. 
My why, is simple.  I LOVE it!  
It isn't to lose weight, that is just a side effect. 
It isn't to fit into a dress, although I do now. 
I am enjoying cleaning out my closets. 
I enjoy playing with my kids and not getting worn out. 
I LOVE being a role model to my kids, family, and friends. 
I enjoy reaching my goals and setting new ones. 
However, I mostly just really enjoy my workouts and love finding new ones.
