Back in December, Jackie over at Fit Sparrow put together a training plan for me.  This last week I was sidetracked with the flu.

I was worried that it would affect my training, but I'm happy to say it hasn't impacted it too much.  Although I wasn't able to get my weekday runs in, I was able to get most of my long run in this weekend.

The plan called for 10 miles, but I only managed to get 7 in.  

But I'm not worried.  As I move forward with the plan, I'll modify the long run until I get to my cut back week and then I will jump back up to what that week calls for.

Other than this setback, my training has been going pretty well and I'm gaining confidence about my marathon in April.
