We all have moments where we just want to throw in the towel and quit. We feel overwhelmed with everything we have to do and might even feel like we're not getting the help we need. We focus on what we're not accomplishing instead of focusing on what we have accomplished.
Take some time today to celebrate those little victories. Celebrate that you didn't eat that cookie. Celebrate that you got 10 minutes of walking in. Celebrate that you drank more water today than you did yesterday.
And in another month, you can look back and realize how far you've come and how much closer you are to your destination.
