The Twelve Days of Christmas

A couple of years ago my favorite trainer had us do a Twelve Days of Christmas workout.  
I don't remember what it was exactly but thought it would be fun to do another one.  
Do this workout every other day up until Christmas to get you in the Christmas Spirit.  I refuse to promise dramatic changes in your body composition by doing this workout but who knows, it might just happen. 

1 Pushup
2 Burpees
3 Squats
4 Alternating Lunges
5 Sit Ups
6 High Knees
7 Jumping Jacks
8 Star Jumps
9 Flutter Kicks 
10 High Knees
11 Tricep Dips
12 Plie' Squats 

So here's how this works.  Do all twelve days of the workout every day. Start with day one and just do the first exercise and then do day one and day two and so forth all the way up to day twelve.  Basically you are doing a "pyramid" workout.  If you want more of a challenge do a lap after each day.
